Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically strong Monitoring Engineer who can take

ownership of system observability and health monitoring across a diverse technology stack. The role

involves designing dashboards, setting up alerting mechanisms, and ensuring production systems are

stable, secure, and high-performing. The ideal candidate will have experience with tools like

VictoriaMetrics, Grafana, Superset, and the ELK stack, with an understanding of anomaly detection

and performance optimization.

This is a remote position based in India, with core working hours from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM IST.

Occasional flexibility may be required to support production issues or collaborate with global teams.

Minimum Experience:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and maintain monitoring dashboards and alerting systems using Grafana, Superset,

                   and VictoriaMetrics.

  • Proactively monitor infrastructure, applications, and databases to identify performance issues

                   and anomalies.

  • Implement robust anomaly detection strategies to flag irregular patterns early.
  • Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for system incidents and document resolutions.
  • Support production environments and assist in handovers or issue resolution during global

                   collaboration.

  • Coordinate with DevOps, development, and QA teams to ensure end-to-end observability.
  • Optimize monitoring configurations and improve overall reliability.
  • Keep documentation updated for all monitoring tools, alert policies, and troubleshooting

                   procedures.


Technology Must-Have:

  • Strong experience with:
  • VictoriaMetrics, Prometheus
  • Grafana (dashboard and alert rule creation)
  • Apache Superset for data visualization
  • ELK Stack – Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana
  • Scripting knowledge in Python, Bash
  • Proficiency in writing and optimizing SQL queries
  • Solid understanding of Linux/Windows system administration and cloud platforms
  • Technology Good to Have:
  • Familiarity with anomaly detection techniques or tools
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
  • Exposure to distributed systems or large-scale environments
  • Understanding of basic machine learning/statistics in monitoring context


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in Monitoring, DevOps, or SRE roles
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to work independently with a “get-it-done” attitude


Job Description:

As a Technical Support Engineer within our company, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional software and system support to our customers. This role requires you to conduct thorough research to address problems and challenges alongside software environments effectively. You will engage directly with customers, serving as a point of escalation for our Technical Support Analyst(s).

Key Responsibilities:


Incident Management:

  • Communicate and document issue statuses proactively to both internal teams and customers.
  • Utilize standard tools such as Salesforce and Jira to track and manage issues.
  • Effectively prioritize issues of varying severity, ensuring resolution or appropriate escalation within accepted service levels.

Knowledge Management:

  • Apply your technical expertise and product knowledge to diagnose and resolve customer-reported problems.
  • Collaborate with Technical Operations, Success Management, and Implementation teams to escalate and address cases with significant business impact to customers and the company.
  • Demonstrate sound professional judgment when analyzing customer issues, ensuring timely resolution.

 Communication:

  • Provide exceptional customer support while troubleshooting technical issues through phone, web-based tools, and email.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures in all business interactions.

Other Duties:

  • Perform any other assigned duties as required.


Qualifications for Success:

  • Robust experience in systems administration within Windows operating systems.
  • Proven track record of analytical and problem-solving skills within a technical environment.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with clarity and conciseness.
  • Customer-focused and service-oriented, thriving within collaborative team environments.
  • Sense of urgency in contributing to customer success.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and across the company to resolve support-related matters.
  • Capacity to empathize and adapt to various customer situations through behavioral cues.


Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in technical product support, development, or troubleshooting roles.
  • Over 3 years of experience in the following areas:

                           o  Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server and SQL Queries.

                           o  Familiarity with troubleshooting tools like Fiddler, Wireshark, Debugview, or Process Monitor.

                           o  Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
