 Job Description:

  • We are seeking a technically inclined Operations Development Analyst to support and enhance our data operations, reporting solutions, and integration workflows. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and support reporting solutions using BI tools like Birst, Dremio, and Superset.

  • Adhere to company policies and procedures in all business interactions.

Other Duties:

  • Perform any other assigned duties as required.

Qualifications for Success:

  • Robust experience in systems administration within Windows operating systems.
  • Proven track record of analytical and problem-solving skills within a technical environment.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in technical product support, development, or troubleshooting roles.
  • Over 3 years of experience in the following areas:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server and SQL Queries.
  • Familiarity with troubleshooting tools like Fiddler, Wireshark, Debugview, or Process Monitor.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
